Great value for money - with its prime location on top of a shopping mall, this hotel offers affordable prices and convenience all in one. Attentive staff - the housekeeping staff ensured our rooms were cleaned daily, leaving us with a comfortable stay. Basic amenities provided - the rooms were spacious and had twin beds, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a day of exploring.
Minor room for improvement - although all was fine, it would be even better if the drinking glasses were thoroughly cleaned to avoid any stains.

The hotel had free wifi and a fridge in the room with complimentary water. It was also conveniently located near the main street and train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The building was old and rundown, with peeling wallpaper and uncomfortable furniture. The air conditioning was subpar and the shower head was too low.

Hotel Review Spent my Easter break at a hotel in Hat Yai. the room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. the location was great as it was close to shopping areas and restaurants. the hotel had a nice swimming pool.
The hotel was very outdated and the facilities were worn out. the staff also struggled with speaking English, which made communication difficult.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of anything you desire with the convenience of a shopping mall just downstairs. The staff is extremely helpful, offering great service during my stay. The superior room is the way to go, spacious, clean, and peaceful with great views. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, making shower time enjoyable.
Nothing negative to say.
